Applied to automobile sponge
High active silicone oil, low density system, uniform bubble hole, no perforation. It is suitable for high dosage system and can improve the physical properties (tensile force and elasticity) of sponge. There is no side crack and top bulge in the powder adding system. It is applicable to sagging bubble, flat bubble, box bubble and cover plate box bubble.
Applied to refrigerator and freezer
It is applicable to the opening of slow rebound. It is reactive, with a hydroxyl value of 40, and has no effect on foaming. The sponge skin will be thin, smooth and smooth, with fine bubbles and no smell. The sponge does not have oily exudation.
Apply to sheet
General purpose siloxane surfactant used to produce polyether polyurethane flexible foam. Chemically, it is a non hydrolytic polysilane polyoxane copolymer with high activity and stability. Silicone oil is used as defoamer for food, cosmetics, paper making, water treatment and washing
Applied to paint
It is mainly used as polyurethane assembly line or bulk foam catalyst, and is suitable for the production of high-grade low odor, low atomization soft polyurethane assembly line or bulk foam. This product is a specially designed silicone oil with high stability and high activity. After in-depth study of sponge system in the Asia Pacific region, a high-end silicone oil was designed.
