Special recommendation
1. Fine-pore silicone oil W514

The foam elasticity produced is 10~15% higher than that of ordinary silicone oil. The foam has good air permeability, few bright spots, fine pores and no pores.
2. Flatulence silicone oil W535, W538
The modified MDI system uses less silicone oil than ordinary silicone oil and has finer foam pores.
3. Coarse pore silicone oil W5903

It is easier to produce coarse-pore sponges than other silicone oils. With the same formula, the foam has good open pores and relatively uniform cells.
4. Comfort silicone oil W518
The top surface of the foam produced is smooth, the sides do not peel off, the foam density gradient is small, and the comfort index is high.
5. Flame retardant silicone oil W509

The foam produced has good open pores, smooth skin and uniform cells, and is suitable for the production of flame-retardant long foam. It can produce foam that passes British standard B55852, American standard 117 and automotive standard FMSVV302. Compared with other silicone oils, the foam produced by this product has a higher comfort index.
6. Multifunctional silicone oil W268
It has high activity and wide tolerance, and is suitable for the production of long sheet foam. The cells are uniform and the production process is stable. The density range is 12-38kg/M3. It has a certain flame retardant effect and is suitable for composite foams with general flame retardant requirements, including sheets for automotive interiors.
7. Dali Miaosu Lai special silicone oil W501

It has good open pores and is suitable for high-density foam.
