3. Materials and construction

Material blended diatom mud wall material 10kg/bag, divided into dry powder material, fine sand texture material and coarse sand scraping material. Add 8 to 10 liters of water according to the construction texture. The specific steps are as follows:

1. First, clean the white latex bucket. You can use a 1.5-liter drinking water bottle as a measuring cup (it is better to use a special measuring cup). Tip: The amount of water to be poured must be accurate. It is strictly forbidden to open the faucet and pour water directly into the white latex bucket. Determine the amount of water based on experience. Otherwise, the color will vary due to the different amount of water in each bucket.

2. Add the standard amount of color paste and stir until the color paste is evenly dispersed.

Tips: Not all color pastes are compatible with materials. The color paste added must be the color paste recommended by our company. When deciding on the color paste, you must test it in advance; when stirring, be sure to stir to the bottom of the barrel.

3. Check whether the packaging bag is complete, remove the dirt on the surface of the packaging bag, and use scissors to open the seal of the packaging bag. First slowly pour 70% of the ingredients into the bucket, then use a mixer to stir. After the dry powder and color paste water are completely mixed, pour the remaining ingredients into the bucket and continue stirring until the material becomes a fine paste (no granular, agglomerated).

Tips: When first stirring, the mixture is relatively viscous and requires a lot of effort. This is normal. Just continue stirring. Pay attention to controlling the mixer to prevent material splashing. Manage the hygienic environment of the construction site and be civilized. construction.

4. Stir for a few minutes before formal construction.

5. If you use the remaining materials on the same day, please clean the edge of the bucket mouth and seal it for storage. The next day, stir again and continue using.

4. Texture production
