According to the announcement, Gimpo New Energy will be implemented by Nanjing Titanium Chemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gimpo Titanium Industry, and Huaibei Growth Small and Medium Enterprises Fund Co., Ltd.
