Determination of MgO mass fraction: Weigh a certain amount of sample, treat it with hydrochloric acid to form a solution, adjust pH=10 with NH4Cl-NH3·H2O buffer solution, use chrome black T as indicator, titrate with EDTA standard solution, and calculate Mg2+ Mass fraction, thereby calculating the mass fraction of MgO in the product. Determination of bulk density: Use a 10 mL graduated cylinder. Wash the measuring cylinder, dry it to constant weight, and weigh it to obtain mass b. Then add the sample dried to constant weight to the measuring cylinder to the mark, and weigh it to obtain mass a. The bulk density of the product is (a-b)/10(g/ mL).

Method 2:

Operation process: First, add a certain amount of Na2CO3 solution to the reactor, and add an equal molar concentration and equal volume of MgCl2 solution into the Na2CO3 solution while stirring at room temperature. After the dropwise addition is completed, put it into a constant temperature bath, control the constant temperature for pyrolysis and stir from time to time. After pyrolysis for a certain period of time, vacuum filter while hot, wash with deionized water until the filtrate no longer contains Cl-, drain, and dry in an oven. After drying to constant weight, weigh and calculate the yield. Grind the product finely, pass through a 200-mesh sieve, and put it into a sample bottle for testing. Determination of MgO content: Weigh a certain amount of sample, treat it with hydrochloric acid to prepare a solution, adjust pH=10 with NH4Cl-NH3·H2O buffer solution, use K-B as indicator, and titrate the Mg2+ content with EDTA standard solution to obtain MgO content in the product. Determination of bulk density: Use a 50ml measuring cylinder. First, wash the measuring cylinder, dry it to constant weight, and weigh it to get B. Then put the sample into the measuring cylinder to the mark, dry it to constant weight, and weigh it to get A. The bulk density of the product is (A-B)/50(g/ ml).
