India launches anti-dumping investigation into China’s methyl ethyl ketone

[Gade Chemical Network Corporate News]On February 9, 2017, the Anti-dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued the 14th/ Announcement No. 26/2016-DGAD stated that at the request of the Indian company Cetex Petrochemicals Ltd, it was decided to launch an anti-dumping investigation into methyl ethyl ketone (Methyl Ethylketone) imported from mainland China, Taiwan, Japan and South Africa.

The dumping investigation period in this case is from July 2015 to September 2016, and the damage investigation period is from April 2013 to March 2014, 2014 April 2015 to March 2015, April 2015 to March 2016 and the dumping investigation period.

This case involves products under Indian Customs Code 29141200. Stakeholders should submit relevant written information, questionnaire answers and comments on this case to the Anti-Dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India within 40 days from the date of this announcement.
