India launches anti-dumping investigation into methyl ethyl ketone imported from China

> On February 9, 2017, the Anti-Dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued Announcement No. 14/26/2016-DGAD, stating that in response to the application of the Indian company Cetex Petrochemicals Ltd, it decided to impose sanctions on Class A imported from mainland China, Taiwan, Japan and South Africa. Methyl Ethylketone (Methyl Ethylketone) launched an anti-dumping investigation.

The dumping investigation period in this case is from July 2015 to September 2016, and the damage investigation period is from April 2013 to March 2014, April 2014 to March 2015, and April 2015~ March 2016 and the dumping investigation period. This case involves products under Indian Customs Code 29141200. Stakeholders should submit relevant written information, questionnaire answers and comments on this case to the Anti-Dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India within 40 days from the date of this announcement.
