Amine Catalyst SMP is a low-density sponge or special delay catalyst for molding, which can increase foam hardness, especially suitable for sponges with a density in the range of 6-25kg/m3 and can increase foam hardness by 5-10%

Since the amine catalyst SMP can increase the hardness of the sponge, if you want to keep the same hardness, you can reduce the isocyanate index by about 2-3 points, which is very cost-effective from an economic point of view

Whether it is in MC formula or in the formula with fillers (CaCO3 and melamine), the amine catalyst SMP can improve the manufacturability of the sponge and reduce cracking.
