Anti-high-temperature film yellowing + anti-phenolic yellowing, double anti-prevention program
Yellowing preventionNylon white fabric
White nylon fabrics, when making bras, need to go through high-temperature film pressing, which is very prone to yellowing under high temperature above 170℃. The yellowing is especially serious when there is sponge padding. Has been a headache for the industry. And white fabrics in the later storage process, by the environmental impact is also very easy to phenolic yellowing.

White nylon fabrics high temperature film yellowing, and the finished product of phenolic yellowing yellowing, mainly in the prevention. Once made into a finished product to deal with the problem of yellowing, not only consume resources to increase costs, but also reduce the quality of the finished product, the loss is not worth it. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job of nylon white fabric yellowing double resistance (anti-temperature yellowing + anti-phenolic yellowing) prevention. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of preventing high temperature film yellowing of white nylon fabrics through an experiment.

Purpose of the experiment:
High-temperature pressure film anti-yellowing and anti-phenolic yellowing Level 4
Experimental fabric:
Nylon/nylon/ammonia fabric in white (yellowing after half a year in the warehouse)
Test Product:
Anti-temperature yellowing agent GRISEX G-3198 (without ADH)
Anti-temperature oxidizing agent GRISEX G-4653
Anti-phenolic yellowing agent GRISEX G-3205A

Experimental process:
Scheme A.
Anti-temperature yellowing agent GRISEX G-3198, 50g/L
Anti-phenolic yellowing agent GRISEX G-3205A, 40g/L + citric acid 0.5g/L
One dip and one roll, with liquid rate of 50% ,160℃*100 seconds fixing
Program B:
Anti-temperature yellowing agent GRISEX G-4653, 50g/L
Anti-phenolic yellowing agent GRISEX G-3205A, 40g/L+citric acid 0.5g/L
One dip and one roll, with liquid rate of 50% ,160℃*100sec fixation
Experimental data:

1) Nylon phenolic test GB/T29778-2013, 50℃*16 hours
2)Nylon phenolic test GB/T29778-2013, 50℃*16 hours
3)Nylon high temperature molding test: 190 ℃*200 seconds
4)Nylon ammonia high temperature compression mold test:190 ℃*200 seconds
Conclusion of the experiment:
(1) The phenolic yellowing of nylon and nylon ammonia fabrics is very poor, and the phenolic can do 4 levels after treatment.
(2) 190 ℃ high temperature compression molding 200 seconds, still can do 4 levels, strong strength!
