A sodium phosphate agent with better medical effect. The sodium phosphate agent is composed of dihydrogen phosphate with a weight ratio of 480 g: 180 g: 15 g: 3.3 g: 0.35 g: 0.5 ml: 1000 ml. Sodium monohydrate, disodium hydrogen phosphate heptahydrate, glycerin, sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate, ginger flavor, lemon flavor, purified water.

Sodium benzoate 0.35g Ginger flavor 0.5ml

3. Preparation operation process and process conditions:

1. Ingredient weighing: Weigh the raw and auxiliary materials received according to the preparation instruction sheet. After weighing the ingredients, put them into a clean container, affix a label with the product name, batch number, quantity, etc., and send it to the next process.

2. Preparation: Take sodium saccharin and sodium benzoate, add 500ml purified water, heat to boiling, and stir to dissolve; then add disodium hydrogen phosphate heptahydrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate, heat and stir to completely dissolve, and leave to dissolve Cool to about 60℃; then weigh the prescribed amount of glycerin, add ginger essence and lemon essence, stir to dissolve, add the mixture of essence and glycerin to the above solution, stir to dissolve, then add water to 1000ml, stir evenly; Determine the content, filter, and wait for filling.

3． Filling: Receive the inner packaging materials according to the inner packaging instruction sheet, and use the automatic canning machine for canning. According to the requirements of the instruction sheet, debug the liquid filling machine to 90ml per bottle, extract 10 bottles every 10 minutes, check the average filling volume and filling volume difference, and check the product name, batch number, aluminum foil sealing, etc. at any time.

4. Outer packaging: Receive the matching quantity of boxes, cartons, instructions and other packaging materials according to the packaging instruction sheet. Pack according to the prescribed standards and requirements. When packaging, the product name, batch number, specifications, and quantity must be checked at any time.
