With the rapid development of polyurethane industry, organic tin catalyst T-12 has become an indispensable part. T-12 is mainly used for drying and curing of polyurethane adhesives and spraying coatings. Its function is to accelerate the oxidation, polymerization and drying of products to achieve the goal of rapid drying and solidification. There are many kinds of traditional organic acid soap driers, some are dark, some are expensive, and some are toxic. Formwork paint: this drier=100:10-20
1. This product should be slowly added to the template paint when it is stirred, and should be stirred evenly to prevent local adhesion.
2. The template paint added with this product should be used up within 4 hours. The amount of template paint shall be calculated during use, and it shall be prepared as needed to prevent waste of leftover materials.
3. The measurement shall be accurate, and excessive mixing will affect the performance of formwork paint.
4. This product needs to be sealed and stored to prevent moisture infiltration.
Product application field:
1. Application in polyurethane T-12 is a catalyst with strong gel property, which can be used for polyurethane elastomer, adhesive, sealant, rigid foam, molded foam, RIM, etc. It can be used together with amine catalyst for high-speed production of high-density structural foam, spraying hard foam and hard foam plate. It is also a drying agent for polyurethane coatings.
