Aromatics (Class III Dangerous Goods)

Aromatics (Class III Dangerous Goods)
Aromatic hydrocarbons mainly from the refinery catalytic reforming device by aromatic extraction, ethylene device behind the naphtha hydrogenation device out of the naphtha can also be aromatic extraction to get aromatic hydrocarbons, in addition, there is also a considerable part of the coal chemical industry, such as: coal tar in the extraction of aromatic hydrocarbons and so on.

Solvent oil (three kinds of dangerous goods) colourless or light yellow liquid, can be separated from a variety of organic raw materials, such as gasoline, benzene, paraffin, asphalt and so on. Insoluble in water, soluble in a variety of organic solvents. Solvent oil can be divided into three categories: low boiling point solvent oil, such as 6 # extraction solvent oil, boiling range of 60-90 ℃; boiling point solvent oil, such as rubber solvent oil, boiling range of 80-90 ℃.
Oil, boiling range of 80-120 ℃; high boiling point solvent oil, such as paint solvent oil, boiling range of 140-200 ℃, ink solvent oil can be as high as 300 ℃ dry point. In general, 60-90 ℃ known as extraction solvent oil, that is, people often say 6 # solvent oil; 80-120 ℃ known as rubber solvent oil, that is, people often say 120 # solvent oil; 140-200 ℃ known as paint solvent oil, that is, 200 # solvent oil. In addition, there are 406 # ink solvent oil, dry cleaning solvent oil and so on. Sometimes, the cut of the distillation range of each enterprise will be different. For example, 6 # solvent oil, some manufacturers of the distillation range is 60 ~ 75 ℃, usually we call it narrow 6 # solvent oil to show the difference. According to the actual production, 120 # solvent oil distillation range will often be controlled between 90 to 120 ℃.

MTBE (CH3OC(CH3)) (Class III Dangerous Goods) MTBE is a colourless, transparent, high-octane liquid with an ether-like odour. It is an ideal blending component for the production of unleaded, high-octane, oxygenated gasoline, and it has been commonly used as a gasoline additive throughout the world. It can not only effectively increase the octane number of gasoline, but also improve the performance of automobiles, reduce the CO content in the exhaust, and at the same time reduce the cost of gasoline production. In addition, MTBE is also an important chemical raw material, such as cracking can be prepared by high-purity isobutylene, MTBE is 18.2% oxygen content of organic ethers, MTBE is mainly for refineries as high-octane gasoline blending agent, but also can be used as paraffin wax, oils, fragrances, alkaloids, resins, solvents, rubber, organic synthesis reactants. It is flammable and volatile, and has the danger of explosion when it meets fire or heat source.

Directly distilled gasoline (three kinds of dangerous goods) by the crude oil by direct fractionation (distillation) and the gasoline. It is a liquid product obtained by condensing the oil vapour mixture from the top of the distillation tower during atmospheric distillation. The boiling point range (also known as the distillation range) of direct-distillation gasoline is not strictly defined, and is usually from the first distillation point to 205 (or 215) °C. It contains mainly hydrocarbons of carbon IV to carbon XII, or heavier, and small amounts of sulphur compounds. This type of petrol contains mainly saturated hydrocarbons and to a lesser extent unsaturated hydrocarbons, resulting in a high degree of chemical stability. The octane number varies according to the origin of the crude oil, but it is not high enough to be blended into petrol as a component. It cannot be used alone as a gasoline engine fuel, but needs to be blended with secondary processed gasoline. It can also be used as industrial solvent oil or washing oil. Straight-run petrol is the main raw material for petrochemical production of gasoline, paraffin, diesel, heavy oil (asphalt, fuel oil, paraffin, lubricating oil).
