There are two types of water-based color paste systems: one is a resin-free system with high pigment content; the other is a resin (general-purpose resin, other single resin) system with low pigment content. Among them, the former has high pigment concentration, strong tinting power, good color development performance, good compatibility, thixotropic fluidity, will not cause floating color and blooming, reasonable selection of additives, and is versatile. The pigment concentration of the latter is relatively low, but it has good tinting power, good color development, and relatively stable fluidity and viscosity. This system contains resin, and the compatibility needs to be tested, otherwise it will easily cause the paint to float and bloom.
Water-based color paste is a kind of concentrated pigment paste that uses organic or inorganic pigments under the action of some surfactants to form a stable, uniform, certain fluidity or thixotropy, and strong coloring strength. Specifically designed for factory-based painting and coloring, it has good batch reproducibility, small color difference control, superior structural properties, strong tinting power, stable viscosity, non-drying, not corroded by microorganisms, does not contain ethylene glycol, and has low VOC content. It is a non-toxic, harmless, environmentally friendly and environmentally friendly product.

When using water-based color paste, please pay attention to:
1. Although the water-based color paste can be well compatible with a variety of coatings, before use, it is still necessary to conduct a mixability test between the color paste and the paint to ensure that the color paste and the paint are well mixed and will not become coarse or flocculated. , then you can adjust the color.
2. Be sure to stir the water-based color paste thoroughly before using it to avoid the uneven state of the water-based color paste due to long-term use or other reasons, thus affecting the accuracy of the amount of water-based color paste added each time.
3. After the water-based color paste is diluted with water, it needs to be stirred at a constant speed. During this process, the paint should not be added too fast, otherwise it will be very easy to cause flocculation and other undesirable phenomena.
4. If a bucket of color paste cannot be used up at one time, the lid must be closed immediately to prevent the remaining water-based color paste from being contaminated or drying out due to the evaporation of water.
