Main functions:
Dimethylaminoethoxyethanol DMAEE is a reactive low odor polyurethane catalyst, which is mainly used for rigid polyurethane foam, high resilience toy foam, and has a special effect on foam skin ripening. DMAEE has a tertiary amine group and a hydroxyl group, so it is a typical chemical reaction of amine and alcohol. DMAEE has a strong catalytic effect on the chemical reaction between water and isocyanate to produce polyurethane foam. The hydroxyl group in the catalyst can react with isocyanate, so DMAEE molecule can be chemically adhered to polyurethane polymer. Therefore, the residual odor in the foam product produced by this method is very little.
