I. Strictly control the performance of the original liquid
The black and white material contains foaming agent, combined polyether, catalyst and foam stabilizer. Black and white material monomer is generally a viscous liquid, do not appear impurities, otherwise it will also lead to clogging the filter of the foaming machine, and even make the flow of raw materials unstable. In the process of proportioning it should be noted that the ratio of black and white material must be uniform, otherwise it may also block the foaming machine.
Second, control the ratio of the original liquid
The ratio of black material as well as black material should be strictly controlled. In the process of proportioning, if the proportion of black material is too large, the process of foaming may appear empty, but if the proportion of white material is relatively large, there will be a soft bubble. At the same time, if the ratio of black and white material is out of proportion, it will also seriously lead to uneven mixing and shrinkage of the foam.
Third, control the temperature
In the process of using polyurethane foam technology, the temperature should be controlled within a certain range. Once the temperature is too low, it will lead to a slower reaction speed of the machine and longer curing time, which is not conducive to the improvement of work efficiency.
