Bismuth zinc catalyst is currently an environmentally friendly catalyst. However, bismuth-zinc is relatively sensitive to water compared to tin-based catalysts. On a cement basis, if the bottom seal is not good or is not done, bubble problems will occur. Even if the primer is done, bubbles will still appear under high temperature and high humidity conditions. The use of organic bismuth materials in plastic runways:
1. Determine the construction scope of the plastic runway and mark it well. Then clean the scene thoroughly and do not leave any dust that will affect the later stage. Construction, wait until it is completely dry before proceeding to the next step of construction. 2. Repair the uneven areas to make them smooth; then waterproof the cement and apply a layer of waterproof material. 3. After 24 hours of curing and maintenance, the bottom layer of the runway can be paved. Use two-component glue, PU material, and black rubber particles to mix evenly and then evenly spread the all-plastic buffer layer. 4. Conduct relevant data detection on the upper buffer layer to ensure project quality. Repair the problem after discovering it. 5. Mix the runway topcoat according to a certain proportion, add catalyst and EPDM colored particles, stir evenly, use a spray gun to tilt 60° and spray in the same direction. After 24 hours of maintenance, spray again in the opposite direction.
