Production method

Raw materials: ethylene oxide, n-butanol, phenol, butanol, methanol, copper sulfate, potassium hydroxide, caustic soda, benzene monochloride, ethanol

Production method: Obtained from the addition of ethylene oxide and n-butanol.

First add butanol to the boron trifluoride-ethyl ether complex, introduce ethylene oxide at 25-30°C, and then automatically raise the temperature to about 80°C to complete the addition reaction. The reaction product is recovered from butanol, neutralized, and distilled to obtain a crude product, which is then fractionated to obtain the finished product.
