QG-1018 Eye-Friendly (Does Not Harm Eyes) Low odor, highly active catalyst

Product Introduction:
QG-1018 is a low-odor composite tertiary amine polyurethane catalyst, featuring strong bubble collection combined with gel properties. It can efficiently catalyze OH/water-isocyanate reactions, combining the characteristics of classic catalysts PC-5 and A33, but with significantly reduced odor. It also contains groups that can react with isocyanates, forming chemical bonds with the polyurethane foam matrix to further reduce the finished product’s odor. It is a specialized catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam, especially for spraying hard foam, and can also be adapted for producing high resilience and low compression deformation polyurethane soft foam.

Features:

Uses and Advantages
Rigid polyurethane foam: mainly used for rigid spray polyurethane foam (building exterior wall/roof insulation, pipeline insulation, home appliance insulation), also suitable for molded rigid foam, sheet rigid foam, and various rigid foam plastics;
Soft polyurethane foam: high resilience, low compression deformation soft foam (for high-end mattresses, car seats, premium sand mattresses, medical mattresses, etc.), enhancing foam resilience, compression resistance, and breathability;
Compound use: Combined with classic catalysts such as QG-118, PC-5, A33, used in high-end sprayed hard foam formulations to regulate foam collection and gel reaction balance.
