The effect of various functional additives on the performance of composite antistatic agents was studied. Fatty acid monoglyceride, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, polyethylene glycol, oleic acid amide, erucic acid amide, hydroxyethyl ethylene bis stearamide (HEEBS): analytically pure;

Low density polyethylene (PE-LD): MB9500, industrial grade;

Polypropylene (PP): F300M, industrial grade;

Polyamide 6 (PA6): 6115, industrial grade.

Sample preparation

(1) Preparation of composite antistatic agent.

Make the raw materials of each component according to a certain mass ratio, mix them in a high-speed mixer at 50°C for 2 minutes, mix evenly, form a ball, and then cool Compound PE antistatic agent can be obtained by rolling and crushing it into granular form.

(2) Preparation of antistatic materials.

Add a certain amount of composite antistatic agent to PE-LD, PP and PA6 respectively, mix in a high-speed mixer at room temperature for 2 minutes, and mix evenly. The antistatic material is then extruded and granulated through a twin-screw extruder. The screw speed is 200 r/min. The extrusion temperature of the composite antistatic agent and PE-LD is 180-210°C, the extrusion temperature of PP is 180-220°C, and the extrusion temperature of PA6 is 210-240°C.

(3) Preparation of samples.

After drying PE-LD and PP antistatic materials at 105℃ for 1 h and PA6 antistatic material at 90℃ for 5 h, prepare the standard on the injection molding machine The injection molding process parameters of the sample are as follows: PE-LD and PP antistatic material sample preparation barrel temperatures are Zone 1: 200°C, Zones 2 to 3: 220°C, Zone 4: 230°C; PA6 antistatic material sample preparation material The cylinder temperature is zone 1: 220°C, zones 2 to 3: 240°C, and zone 4: 260°C; the injection pressure is 120 MPa; the mold temperature is 80°C; the holding time is 8 s; the cooling time is 10 s.

Properties of prepared materials

(1) Using volume resistivity, surface resistivity, tensile strength and notched impact strength as indicators, the effect of various functional additives on multifunctional composite resistance was studied. Based on the influence of the performance and mechanical properties of electrostatic agents, a synergistic and long-lasting multifunctional composite antistatic agent was developed.

(2) When the composite PE antistatic agent components are fatty acid monoglyceride, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, polyethylene glycol, oleic acid amide, mustard When the mass ratio of acid amide and HEEBS is 38:38:5:5:10:4, the antistatic performance is the best and the overall performance is the best.

(3) Select the best mass ratio of composite antistatic agents and add them to PE-LD, PP and PA6 respectively, and study the different qualities of composite PE antistatic agents Fractional antistatic against PE-LD, PP and PA6influence on electrical and mechanical properties. After comprehensively examining its antistatic properties and mechanical properties, it was finally determined that the mass fractions of the composite antistatic agent in PE-LD, PP and PA6 were 2.0%, 3.0% and 1.5% respectively.
