Scope of application:
Polyurethane catalyst DMAEE is a reactive low odor polyurethane catalyst, which is mainly used for rigid polyurethane foam, high resilience toy foam, and has special effect on foam skin ripening. The polyurethane catalyst DMAEE has a tertiary amine group and a hydroxyl group, so it conducts typical chemical reactions of amine and alcohol. The polyurethane catalyst DMAEE has a strong catalytic effect on the chemical reaction between water and isocyanate to produce polyurethane foam. The hydroxyl group in this catalyst can react with isocyanate, so DMAEE molecule of polyurethane catalyst can be chemically adhered to polyurethane polymer. Therefore, the residual odor in the foam product produced by this method is very little.
