Henan Yutai High Temperature New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 40,000 tons of bulk materials, 60,000 tons of shaped bricks, and 2,000 tons of anhydrous gun clay project. It complies with the “Guidance Catalog for Industrial Structural Adjustment (2011 version) (revised in 2013)”, belongs to the permitted category, and is approved for filing.

The total investment of the project is 10 million yuan, and 4,000 square meters of old factory buildings are rented. Raw materials: high alumina bauxite (clinker), silicon carbide, corundum, pyrophyllite and other auxiliary materials. Shaping brick technology: raw materials – crushing (crushing) – ingredients (mixing and rolling) – machine forming – electric heating and drying – finished products. Bulk material process: raw materials – crushing – mixing and grinding – finished products. Waterless cannon clay process: raw materials – crushing – separation – batching – mixing – extrusion – packaging – finished product. Main equipment: 2 jaw crushers, 2 sets of counter-rollers, 2 4R Raymond mills, 8 mixers, 2 630T CNC presses, 10 laboratory equipment, 2 400T CNC presses, 1000T CNC presses 2 sets, 2 grinders, 2 steel shell pressing machines, 4 low-temperature electric drying kilns, and 2 fully enclosed waterless gun mud production lines. The products are mainly used in the steel smelting industry and have good market prospects. The start and end years of project construction: March 2017 to October 2017.
