Milliken Reactint Reactive Polyurethane Colorants Reactint reactive colorants are a technology developed by Milliken Chemical for use in polyurethanes and other thermosetting resins. Unlike traditional pre-dispersed pigment pastes, Reactint is a reactive polymer colorant that is chemically incorporated into the polyurethane structure. It is a homogeneous liquid, stable in storage, low in viscosity, soluble in water and polyhydroxy resins, and does not precipitate. Therefore, Reactint reactive colorants can be dynamically mixed in-line during the production of polyurethane foams and resins.
Reactint is one of the most popular polyurethane coloring systems used. It is used in polyurethane sponges, elastomers, adhesives, coatings, synthetic leathers, bowling balls and other polyurethane products that require high color quality.
